Who we are

Helping people connect with the right providers.

Sortly is an independent digital engagement platform designed to make connecting with service providers simpler.

Whether you’re responding to an online campaign or continuing a conversation on WhatsApp, our role is straightforward: we help gather the right information, obtain your permission, and connect you with a provider that can assist.

We’re not an insurer, financial advisor or call centre. We don’t sell products or provide financial advice. Our role is simply to make a trusted introduction so the right provider can take it from there.

Today our platform supports selected insurance campaigns, with additional industries planned as Sortly grows.

Built around trust

Simple. Secure. On your terms.

Simple

No lengthy forms or unnecessary questions. We only ask for the information needed to connect you with the right provider.

Secure

Your information is handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including POPIA.

On your terms

You decide whether to continue. We only connect you with a provider once you’ve given your permission.

How it works

A simple journey from enquiry to connection.

1

You request more information

You may respond to an online advert, complete a short survey, or interact with one of our digital campaigns.

2

Continue on WhatsApp

Where applicable, you’ll receive an invitation to continue the conversation on WhatsApp, where we’ll ask a few quick questions to better understand your enquiry.

3

You choose to continue

If you’re happy to proceed, you’ll be asked whether you’d like the relevant provider to contact you.

4

We make the introduction

With your permission, your information is securely shared with the appropriate provider so they can contact you directly.

Our commitment

How we handle your information.

You stay in control

Every interaction starts because you’ve shown an interest in one of our campaigns or chosen to continue the conversation.

Consent matters

We only share your information with a provider after you’ve explicitly agreed to be contacted.

Transparent by design

You’ll always know why we’re asking for your information, who may receive it, and what it will be used for.

Privacy comes first

We collect only the information required for the purpose explained to you and handle it in accordance with POPIA.

No pressure

Sortly doesn’t provide financial advice or sell products. We simply help connect you with organisations that can assist.
